The SC Help Transition Assistance program is a SC based program specifically designed to help SC homeowners who are loosing their primary residence in a short sale or a deed in lieu. SC Help will provide a one time grant of $5,000.00 to qualified applicants. This grant is paid directly to the homeowner to assist with relocation. In order for a SC homeowner to qualify their application must be completed prior to closing and the funds are not granted until after the short sale or deed in lieu is complete.

SC Help Monthly Payment Assistance and Direct Loan Assistance Programs Can help qualified SC homeowners catch up on their past due payments, and provide funds for up to 24 months of future payments. The total cap is $36,000 for each qualified SC homeowner.
